Durham: When a dad unwrapped a gift from his mother, he was shocked to find a bag of Class A drugs contained in the packaging of cologne.
When 31-year-old Darren Swankie opened the late Christmas current and noticed a package deal of his favorite perfume, he was overjoyed.
But when he cracked up the package deal, he discovered a bag stuffed with white powder.
Mom Gail paid £48.99 for what she believed to be Paco Rabanne 1 Million Lucky at a Savers retailer.
She and Darren, who each reside in Shildon, County Durham, are perplexed as to how the drugs ended up in the field.
Dad of 1 and training mentor Darren stated: “I used to be gobsmacked”.
When I opened it, though it seemed to be reliable, I instantly sensed an issue.
Tragic outcomes may have resulted from giving it to a teenager.
Darren has notified Durham Police in addition to the shop from the place it was purchased. While the investigation is underway.
