Megan Crokos, senior vice chairman, product and perfume growth, Bath and Body Works (BBW), will likely be honored on the thirty eighth Women in Flavor and Fragrance Commerce, Inc.’s Annual Gala on Sept. 15 on the Westmount Country Club in Woodland Park, NJ.
In this function, Crokos leads ideation and defines massive image methods for all private care and residential merchandise, main the creation of greater than 1,000 new skus.
Megan joined BBW in 2007 as director of artistic product improvements. In 2009, she was promoted to AVP and in 2012, her function expanded including artistic perfume and improvements to product growth. In 2013, she was promoted to vice chairman and later to senior vice chairman in 2019. In addition to her promotion, Crokos was given the Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) Top Talent Award. Crokos can also be a member of Chief, a personal community connecting and supporting girls leaders.
Prior to her tenure with BBW, Crokos spent greater than 20 years creating and advertising and marketing new shade cosmetics, facial skincare, aromatic physique care and residential merchandise with Estee Lauder, Clinique, MAC, Jo Malone, La Mer, L’Oréal/Lancôme, Calvin Klein Beauty and Revlon. Starting her profession behind the counter, she was promoted a number of instances till she turned the manager director, world product growth.
