Sozio acquires Synarome to strengthen its perfumery ingredients business

Sozio continues rising and diversifying its business. After Scentessence in February and Phoenix Fragrances in March, the French family-owned group has introduced the acquisition of Synarome.
Based in Chartres, Synarome was based in 1926. Specialising in natural synthesis and distillation, the corporate is predicted to obtain web gross sales of 6 million euros in 2021.
With this new acquisition and the vertica integration of key steps within the creation and manufacturing of ingredients, Sozio intends to strengthen its place and know-how within the creation of fragrances and within the subject of natural synthesis, perfumery specialties and distillation for the perfume trade.
“Besides the long-lasting ingredients which have made the fame of the corporate, resembling Ambrarome or Animalis, Synarome produces greater than 200 aromachemicals and specialties for the worldwide F&F trade,” mentioned Frédéric Braud, General Manager of Sozio.
