Nathalie Gerschtein leads hundreds of L’Oréal workers to create the wonder that strikes the world. She is the primary lady to steer L’Oréal’s Consumer Products Division (CPD) in North America, in actual fact.
As president of the biggest division within the L’Oréal Group’s North America Zone, Gerschtein is chargeable for accelerating progress, innovation and sustainable practices throughout its mass market portfolio of manufacturers and product classes from skincare and make-up to haircare and hair colour within the US and Canada. This intensive portfolio contains iconic manufacturers corresponding to L’Oréal Paris, Maybelline New York, Garnier and NYX Professional Makeup.
In 2022, Gerschtein was awarded the Women’s Leadership Achiever Award by Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW), as seen in Happi.
