Makeup artist held for theft in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: The Malkajgiri police arrested a lady make-up artist on prices of stealing a gold chain at a cradle ceremony, police mentioned right here on Friday.
The suspect Zainab Begum (30), a resident of Yakutpura, who works as an assistant with Nishitha, a hair stylist accompanied the latter to a cradle ceremony of her buddy T.Swapna’s baby at a banquet corridor in Malkajgiri final week.

Police mentioned on the time of the picture session, Swapna handed over her bag to Zainab Begum. On reaching residence after the occasion, Swapna realized a 4.5 tola gold chain was lacking. She strongly suspected Zainab. Based on her grievance, the Malkajgiri police booked a case and detained Zainab Begum, who confessed to the crime.
The gold chain was recovered from her. She was produced earlier than court docket.
