Lotus Herbals picks up 32% stake in dermaceuticals maker Fixderma India

New Delhi: Beauty and private care merchandise firm Lotus Herbals on Wednesday stated it has purchased a 32% stake in dermaceuticals maker Fixderma India.

The funding will give Lotus Herbals entry into the dermaceuticals section in India by way of a variety of skincare and haircare merchandise. Such merchandise usually plug the hole between prescription-based pores and skin and hair merchandise and over-the-counter cosmetics.

Fixderma, a largely internet-first model, sells merchandise beneath the Fixderma and FCL model. Its vary can also be retailed by way of dermatologists and pharmacies in India.

This is Lotus Herbals’ second funding. In 2020, it purchased a 100% stake in natural Ayurveda model Soul Tree.

Fixderma researches, manufactures and markets dermatology merchandise in India and exports them to over 35 nations throughout the globe.
