Makeup artist Shashi Satam passes away

Senior make-up artist Shashi Satam, fondly known as Shashi dada, handed away in Mumbai on Monday. Actor Jackie Shroff and his spouse, movie producer Ayesha Shroff shared the information on their social media platforms on Tuesday morning.
Talking to indianexpress.com, Ayesha stated, “He had been frail since earlier than lockdown final 12 months. But final Wednesday, he slipped in his toilet and bought a stroke. He handed away yesterday.”

Remembering his make-up man for 37 years, Jackie Shroff tweeted, “Shashi Dada 🙏Will all the time be in deepest nook of my ❤️ My make up individual for 37 years handed away.”
Ayesha Shroff too paid tribute to Shashi. She tweeted, “RIP Shashi dada. From Hero until now. We will miss you 🙏🏻🙏🏻❤️.”
Shashi Satam labored on movies like Hulchul (2004), 1942: A Love Story (1994) and Karz (1980) amongst others. He did the make-up for Rishi Kapoor and Jackie Shroff in nearly all their movies by 1990’s and 2000’s.
